Veiwpoint Characters

Ikarus Vhalnich- An eighteen-year-old Cambion, the child of a demon and a human, who was chased out of his home 6-months before the story. His blood and semen have hypnotic/druglike properties, and other fluids have a far reduced effect. As a result of his demon blood he also has the ability to use magic, though he has no skill or knowledge in it.

He feeds off life-energy, and when he runs low he's more obviously inhuman. His magic and life-**** seems connected, but other magic users aren't like this.

His hypnotic abilities and life-draining only works on women.

The son of a merchant, he is crafty and contemplative though it is hampered by a volcanic temper and a selfish streak.

Has a dagger and a longcoat.

Spirit of Hunger- In some timelines (14.1 Suprisingly. . .), choices lead to new possibilities

A Spirit of Hunger is a mythical being, profane and likely fictional.

It is said that a Spirit of Hunger can **** its voracious appetites on others, forcing them into a famine-induced frenzy. It is said they can **** a psychic link on their victims, and consume their memories and skills. Such an unnatural beast isn't born, but built of rare circumstances and as such they may have different abilities depending on the base ingredients.

The Hunted Beast- In some timelines (29.1 Weismeira) circumstances can lead to new choices.

Having chosen ****, Ikarus spends little time in the farmholding before heading to Barley. Once there, he learns of a Witch and hunts her down for a bounty. With luck and bravado, he claims the witch and brings her back to Barley. Having embraced his demonic heritage, he rapes the innkeeper and squashes any resistance from the witch.

His actions draw the ire and attention of Alva the Exciser, whom he christens the Warmaiden. He manages to escape Barley with his life, and nothing else.

This version of Ikarus is more comfortable in combat, and his demonic form has changed to facilitate that; His legs have become goat-like and shaggy with silver fur covering from his hooves to his waist. His talons cover more of his fingers, and his horns are larger. He has a better grasp on instinctive magic, particularly in coving himself with heat, and his transformations.

Farmhold

May Holder-_The mistress of the farmstead. She is kind and empathetic, but stubborn. Thirty-six, with brown hair and eyes. Plump, with generous assets

Donnie Holder- A foul-tempered farmer with black hair and eyes. He's superstitious and prone to ****, but loves his family. He would never hurt his family. Just over forty, with a powerful build and a proportional member.

Anna Holder- Anna is eighteen, with a similar build to her mother, but she carries it better. She has brown hair and doe-like eyes, befitting her shy and weak-willed nature. A natural submissive, her line is basically ****.

Thag Holder- Thag is of average height, build, and mild in most regards, with dull brown eyes and hair. Has a girthy cock, but little else exceptional about him. Forgettable, but hiding something.

Other Farmholdings

Becca-Daughter of another farm who is acquainted with Anna. She has several sisters, including Marian, and she is a middle child. About two years older than Anna and her younger sister, and six years younger than Marian, with another married sister between. The pretty one.

Lena- Becca's younger sister. Plain-faced, and lacking Marian's curves, but very gentle and understanding.

Aina- Becca's married sister, who's husband lives with the family. She's about 6 month pregnant. Somewhat pretty, with heavy breasts.

Aaron- Aina's husband. Poor background, slight figure and delicate. A poet.

Blunt- Patriarch of Becca's family. Suspicious man, as a result of having many daughters. Good boxer, built strong, bit fond of drink. His wife died a few years ago, and he's very protective of his daughters.

Sonia- Roughly Anna's age, with a reputation for promiscuity. She's considered two-faced by most of her female acquaintances, though naturally most young men consider her sweet and kind. One of the most beautiful people in the area of Barley, with a pear-shaped body, and a lovely golden coloring; tanned, with blond curls and brown eyes.

Barley Village

Nadia Aidana- The local innkeeper, a sarcastic firecracker who doesn't really trust anyone. Black skinned and blue-eyed, with a athletic and petite build, with smaller breasts and wide hips. About thirty, not a local; appeared about ten years ago.

Elderman- Suspicious and Tribal

Varlow (Thug)- A slow-minded ox of a militia-man, with a one-sided crush on the apothecary's herb-gatherer.

Vivi- Varlow's younger sister. She's a bit of a gossip, and two-faced. Married with a young son.

Robert (Bobby)- An older militia who hates everybody. Just lookin for a reason.

Marian- Herb-gatherer for the apothecary, has a fiancé and a distinct dislike for the militia; especially Varlow, who's always staring. Has a 'okay' face, but an exaggerated hourglass shape. A bit older than she looks.

Abigail- Owner of the general store in Barley, making her one of the more wealthy and important inhabitants of the town. She has long auburn hair and pale skin and a round ass. Wears circular glasses and finer clothing that most in Barley. Kind and shy, there are rumors of something other than human in her bloodline. (Character concept proposed by IcarusFree.)

Other

The Witch- A necromancer with a lair outside of Barley Village, who really dresses the part; pointed hat and everything. Looks like a pale petite girl with an angelic face and long black hair, but looks are deceiving.

Has an Ironwood staff, and self taught skill in; Corpse Puppetry (5 total), Deathsight (Can see through the eyes of her Puppets), Personal Illusion, Telekinesis (Powerful, but lacks subtly and dexterity with it; uses it like a psychic hammer) and Flame Empowerment (Can make something she's touching hot; only uses it with the staff, since it won't burn.)

The Exciser- A church hunter tasked with the elimination of monsters and demons. She's cloaked and armored, with long red hair and amber eyes. Has an ouroboros tattoo over her left eye, and a beautiful sliver longsword. Has a monotone, and cold expressions, but true faith in the church.

She has a slender athletic body, with porcelain skin marred only by five brands on her back.

Her ability's are; Aura Detection (can see magic and supernatural energies through her marked eye.) Revealing Light (Can **** a target into their true form, or destroy an illusion or spell obscuring the true form; she can only use this with a cross shape as a medium.) Physical Boost (Using magic as medium to increase physical abilities to superhuman levels) Holy resistance (Has increased protection against curses and spells.)

As an Exciser of the Church, many of her abilities are miracles (Channeling divine power using one's body as a conduit), such as Revealing Light, or Sanctuary (Purging malevolent influence from an area, and preventing **** within it.)

The Goblin Pack- Barley has a goblin problem, which has only been growing over the last few years. They are surprisingly cautious for their kind, preferring to scavenge from outer farmland and travelers who pass through the forest near Barley. Rumor has it that this caution is sign of an intelligent goblin, but this hasn't been confirmed.

Goblins have rudimentary weapons, with a preference for bows and slings, and aren't particularly dangerous in a melee or one-on-one setting. But, though they are only about the size, strength, and intellect of children, children are often stronger or smarter than one expects. Most Goblins have a natural lifespan of 20 years and reach full maturity after about a year.

Most goblins don't reach their fourth year.

It's said that goblins can evolve under the right circumstances.

Dryads of Barley's Forest- A type of monster common in most forests, comprising of femme-androgynous people of wood-like coloring. Some may have skin the color of bark, or the lighter shades that hide under bark. They have leaf-textured hair ranging from green, to red, with any shade inbetween. Their eyes are a solid color, no discernable iris or pupil, and they have needle-like teeth.

They are carnivorous shapeshifters, becoming more male or female depending on whom they're breeding with; with a featureless neuter being their default form. They are also capable of shifting into a larger, more-monstrous, combat form, or smaller, more-mobile, forms.

They wear specially ensorcelled wood for clothing, something both form-fitting and incredibly tough, and are all gifted with Lignukinesis (The manipulation of existing wood) and Limited Photosynthesis ( Their ability to photosynthesize is limited to a certain shifting that leaves them immobile).
