Chapter 6: My younger sister Lilly

“I’m going to my room too,” my younger sister Lilly said after the end credits scene of Deadpool had ended. Playfully she leaped off the couch. My younger sister Lilly had just become 18. We are only two years apart from each other and so we have spent a lot more time together in our youth. My younger sister Lilly is a theatre student, professionalizing in acting. She has long smooth red painted hair. At the moment the tips of her hair are black, which is her natural color. She always wears a beanie on her head and dresses often in black. When Lilly and I were younger, we were really close, but nowadays, I have no idea what my sister is up to. When we see each other, is always just small talk. Lilly spends a lot of time in her room, which is the only bedroom on the ground floor. Lilly wasn’t exactly planned, so when my mother got pregnant, my father renovated the garage next to the office room to be a bedroom. Now she has the biggest bedroom in the house and also the most privacy, being all the way in the back of the house.

“Goodnight,” she said.

“Goodnight” I replied.

She walked over to the hall in the back and I heard her door slam shut. Because of logistics, and because her room was the biggest, she had also gained a personal bathroom next to her room. Yeah, you could easily see which child was the favorite.
