Chapter 3: The Seven Steps

Satan's Arrival

"He is here...only Theos can stop him."

Two gold roofed buildings collapsed sending out dust, dirt, and rumble. Walking on top of the rubble standing tall and proud, Lucifer stood a smile on his face. His soldiers standing beside them. In front of them? The capital and a dozen of Loyalist angels serving, Theos, they were guarding the Seven Steps. A small stair case consisting of seven steps that led up to the double 10-foot doors which was the entrance of the capital. Hallways and then the throne room.

"You're no longer welcomed in the capital and in the throne room!" One of the angels shouted at him. He was angry at this.

"Brothers, join us against the Tyrant or die!" Lucifer yelled back.

"We will never join you!"

He sighed. Some of his soldiers began to move in but he raised his hand motioning them to stop. His change was something truly special. His body began to contort and he twisted from side to side. His muscles began to strengthen. Black-purple skin, standing 7 feet tall, two long pointy ears, a King Cobra like head, two six-fingered hands, with razor sharp claws, red eyes, and 6 foot long tail with rows of spikes. He could transform into this "demonic abomination" or change back into his past form his angelic form. He also, wore strange black armor covering his chest, legs and feet.

"Die," He hissed lunging foreword biting the head off of the nearest guard. He grabbed one and threw him into a nearby building. Finally the guards got over their shock. One of them to his left attacked him with a sword. The sword shattered against his armor. He the used his claws on this poor soul, cutting him in half, a pool of blood soon formed where he lay.

Two of the guards ran for it. But he wasn't done yet. He let out a hiss-roar. The remaining Loyalists around him tried to cover their ears. This was another special attacked which made his victims terrified and broke down their mental defenses. Several more quick slashes with his claws. Felling several more of the guards. He approached the last one a female angel. She quivered and trembled. She slowly began to kneel before him.

"Clearly, my Lord, Lucifer you're more powerful than Theos. I'll serve you."

"Powerful? No, I have another form even greater. But when I am in this form call me Satan. What's your name, soldier?"

"Anna, my Lord."

"Welcome, Anna," His men behind him clapped. They were all glad to have a new recruit.

"But I will have to say I am not as powerful as the Tyrant. But together all of us will take him down," Lucifer stated.
