As Vicki and her mother were out to the bathroom, Roman got to sit with her dad and chat things up with him. So far, the little visit has been pleasant. Roman thinks both Vicki’s mother and father are pretty nice seeming people.

“So my boy, what do you think of my daughter?” Jack asks optimistically.

Roman responds, ”Oh she is just wonderful and I see she seems to remember what her parents have taught her very well.”

Jack smiles at this response. In a way, Roman meant this in a good and a bad way. The good half is that Vicki has adopted the formal nature of her father when she is out doing her political duties. The bad half is that fact that her mom still appears to treat her like a little girl. The weirdest part being that Vicki is the little girl her mother treats her like.
