Carter sets up the game

Carter places an empty wine bottle in the center of the group. He explains that he will begin by spinning the bottle, whoever it lands on will go first.

If they caught lying or refuse to complete their dare, they must perform a random punishment from a selection that the participants will write before the game begins. He hands each person five small pieces of paper and a pen to write the punishments on.

Carter explains that the punishments cannot cause any permanent physical damage and its duration can only last until the end of the game. Other that those two conditions the punishments can be anything from the mundane to the truly wicked.

He tells the group that once you have each written your five punishments to place them in the box he pulls from under his bed. You look into the box and see five folded scraps of paper. You wonder what Carter has written on those scraps, but you can guess by the smirk on his face that his punishments will not be of the mundane variety.

You look at the pen in your hand and consider how to approach this, you know that if you receive a punishment these could just as easily be yours to complete. You begin to write

1. "Finish your drink" - You start with an easy one.
2. "Kiss the person you are most attracted to in the room" - Slightly more interesting.
3. "Go to the RA's room and give them a kiss on the cheek"- You finish writing this before realizing that you have not yet met this floors RA yet,
4. "Go streaking down to the end of the hallway and then return to the room" - A bit more daring but you assume that most residents will be in their rooms at this time.
5. "Let the group contro and look through your phone for 10 minutes" - You just got a new phone before you came to college, other than a few important contacts you have nothing to hide.

You all finish writing down five different punishments and fold them up, placing them into the box.

"Does anyone object to the rules?" Carter asks. No one objects and he spins the bottle.
