Caitlin shows up at the door

After getting into a fresh pair of panties and restoring his newly purchased outfit (which was the most normal thing that Eric had on hand at the moment), Eric's attention was drawn by the doorbell going off. Confused as to who it might be, Eric rushed to the front door and flung it open, expecting to find Kyle on the other side, but instead it was Caitlin, carrying a shopping bag.

"Hi, Erica!" Caitlin said, holding up the bag. "You forgot something."

"Huh?" Eric asked.

"The clothes you came in. They seemed very well taken care of, so I figured they were expensive and you'd like them back." Caitlin handed the bag to Eric, who looked inside and found the items he'd left behind in his attempts to escape the "Erica" thoughts back at the mall.

"Oh, uh... thanks." Eric said "Wait a minute, how did you..."

"Right, how do I know where you live? Well, I didn't stalk you or anything, actually I remembered you mentioned Kyle from high school, so I looked him up and sent him a message. I figured I'd hand 'em off to him and he'd return them, but he said he was busy so he gave me the address."

Eric nodded, he'd told Kyle to stay away and Kyle did what he was told. He was so responsible...

"So..." Caitlin started.

"So..." Eric continued. "Do you want to come in?"

"Sure!" Caitlin said, stepping inside as Eric stepped back, confused at both how the Erica personality took control at that moment and why. "Pretty nice place, you live here alone?"

"No, it's my great aunt's place. I'm just house sitting." Eric said. "Do you want something to drink or anything?"

"I'm fine, thanks. Actually, I had a bit of an ulterior motive for coming here... I did some thinking and I don't remember an Erica from school. But I do remember an Eric..."

"Uh..." Eric started, but Caitlin cut him off.

"Listen, it's totally cool if you transitioned after high school, honestly if it wasn't for the name and the fact that you mentioned Kyle, I probably never would've known it was you!" Caitlin said. "You look all girl to me."

"It really isn't like that!" Eric tried to protest.

Eric considered for a moment about trying to explain everything to Caitlin, his first question was whether or not she'd believe him and then his second question was whether he'd be able to explain, Erica had been hijacking sentences at the most inconvenient of times thus far...
