Burning Building

As midnight drew closer, Kate was about to call it a night, until she heard a thunderous explosion a few blocks away followed by a car alarm blaring, almost drowning out the frightened screams. Springing into action, Kate grabbed her backpack with the Little Helper suit tucked inside, snatched the tic-tac container housing her super- tablets and ran out of the apartment building. Tracking the sounds of the many sirens and the red and blue lights flooding the streets, Kate came across a startling scene. A crowd of people gathered in terrified awe as they watched a nearby building burn a man tries to calm a little boy down, who is inconsolaby distraught. Listening to the boys' cries Kate understood that his Mother is trapped somewhere in the blazing apartment. Scanning the area, Kate saw an empty alleyway devoid of attention. Running into the darkness, Kate stripped naked and redressed in her Little Helper outfit. Took a tablet, swallowed it, and used super speed gained from the tablet's power to run passed the incoming firemen. "What was that?" A fireman asks.

Kate stopped when she came across the burning apartment room. The door was busted, but strangely locked from the other side. Using her gifted strength, Kate pushed the door open to find a woman calmly rummaging through a suitcase. Little Helper recognized the woman as Pyrowena, a criminal arsonist, who sets fires to buildings only to stay inside to pick the place clean of any valuables. Rowena was first fascinated by this concept when she simply distracted authorities by setting a gas station ablaze, while she stole money from the cash register and successfully got away.

"Little Helper?! Dammit!" Pyrowena threw the briefcase at Little Helper, who simply knocked it away. The distraction proved fruitful, as Pyrowena was nowhere to be seen, leaving Little Helper alone in the fiery room.
