Breeding a village

You realize that if you plan on making a more permanent settlement here with a decent population, you are going to need to expand. The next few days are spent clearing forest, building new buildings, and seeding larger crop fields.

After a few days, Gena gives birth. You are surprised at how quick and painless it was compared to a human birth, but you suppose it's not too shocking considering how often female goblins have to pump out spawn. The baby is a healthy little girl. You run some tests and discover that her DNA is almost entirely goblin. This isn't uncommon amongst alien species, and the most likely result is a full child of one or the other species with some minor attributes of the other parent.

You hand the baby over to Ellia and Rubia to nurse, since they have already started lactating and have both already raised children before. Gena will be able to see her child as much as she wants, but the Bovine twins will act as wet nurses. Goblins don't seem like the maternal type.

You learn that the baby will grow rapidly. In a week she will be able to walk, in a month she will be talking, and in a year she will be ready to breed. According to goblin tradition, she will get her name when she has reached sexual maturity.
