Board the ship

"And I thought this ship was fancy on the outside," Allen looked around at the clean hallways and military issue equipment lying in crates about the docking entrance.

"Whatever they did they were in a hurry, they wouldn't have left all this stuff without a reason. Veronica shined her light over one of the green crates with the symbol C-17 marked on it."

"Could be good salvage if we cant get this thing moving again."

"We should head to the bridge," his wife added as her magnetic boots clicked against the floor."There we should be able to restart the core and bring back on the lights and gravity."

"No, we should split up, the core needs a fresh boot after being powered down so long. We'll meet back in the mess hall at the center of the ship after we restore power."

"Are you sure that's a good idea?"

Allen turned his flashlight over to his wife's worried face. "I know its a little spooky hon but were fine, it'll be 10 minutes tops"
