Blood Shock and Awe

So from Flanders to the Alp and the Eastern Front soldiers from both side left the Trenches to meet, drink, share food, and fuck. Especially on the Western Front, no man's land witnessed men dancing, kissing, and enjoying each other's bodies. This event happened in both worlds, and in both worlds, the Generals saw to it that there would never again be a Yule Tide Truce. So million more would be maimed or killed so Generals could feel important.

Political and Military leaders from all sides were horrified at the loss of life, but could not see a peace, so they planned for more carnage and stalemate. By the end of the year, the sides were set: France, Britain and her Empire, Russia, and Romania. Opposite Germany, Austria-Hungary, Bulgaria, and the Ottoman Empire.”

Dr. Toungentwat looked about the lecture hall to see the shell-shocked faces of her students. She smiled, “This was just the first year of the war, the worst is still to come.
