Blind Date

Jessie lit up. "Oh this is so much skeevier. You get matched with a guy, you chat online, etc. etc., but you never get to see their picture. Then, you agree to be blindfolded when you meet them! The guys aren't blindfolded because, you know, of course they aren't. You go through the whole date without ever seeing who you are with. And I mean THE WHOLE DATE."

"So you have no idea who you are meeting..."

Jessie cut me off "I'm not talking meeting here, Allie, I'm talking mating. They say that Blind Date girls almost always end up in bed with the guy. Apparently there is something crazy erotic about the voluntary surrender of control. I don't know, some kind of 50 Shades of Grey crap."

"Oh come on. That is definitely marketing nonsense."
