Bio 5: Baxter

Appearance

Bax’s appearance is that of a typical human rogue. Almost always guised in a black hood with a red bandana, not many know his face as he is selective with who he shows it to. Baxter is around average human male height at about 5’10”. He also wears black leather armor with two daggers always strapped across his chest.

Beneath the hood, he has long back hair that hangs down to his chin. He also has a short cropped beard slightly darker than the rest of his hair. A scar runs diagonally from his chin up to his left cheek. Striking hazel eyes are visible even with the hood on. Bax’s body is fairly lean with subtle amounts of musculature. He boasts an 8 inch cock which is well above human average.

Secret to most is the fact Baxter is actually a greater vampire. Greater vampires are very powerful but can be extremely dangerous. Notably drinking the blood of a good-aligned humanoid can send them into a blood rage where they assume a monstrous form. In this form they become a **** to their vampiric instincts and as such, Bax avoids drinking the blood of good creatures unless on the brink of starvation.

When an assuming the vampiric form, Bax grows turning into a grotesque ghoulish creature. In this form he is a 7ft tall, hunched pale humanoid with long stringy hair. His eyes turn a glowing red, and his fingernails extend into long sharp claws.

Personality

Bax is a pretty self absorbed asshole. He will tend to use people for his own entertainment and is always willing to push things as far as they can go. This is often to the detriment of his party members, especially Krest who has little patience for his shenanigans. Bax’s bad attitude is often hidden by his charming demeanour which he often uses on women to win their affection.

Also not known to many is Baxter’s background. In short, decades ago he used to be the patriarch of a major noble family in the south of the continent. But horrible tragedy **** him to flee, with a portion of his immense wealth. At this point, Bax is wealthy enough to retire but chooses to do guild hall contracts as a means of amusement. Bax is quick to abandon the party if he senses any real harm may come to him or his wallet.

Sexual History/Prefences

In his old life, Bax was a charming rogue who has bedded many a noble lady. He even eventually settled down, found a wife and had children. However because of the previously mentioned tragedy he is back on the market as a straight man. However as noted, he has a thing for short, thicc, ladies.

Weapons and abilities

At face value Bax is a rogue with a lot of what you’d expect. Incredibly sneaky, very good with daggers and the ability to lockpick among others.

What his adventurer’s league ranking fails to account for is his vampiric abilities. When tapping into these abilities, he can teleport through shadows in short distances, disable an opponent with a vampiric bite and cause blindness/deafness at a range. While in a blood rage, he forgoes these abilities but instead he transforms and all his physical attributes are enhanced. If ranked with these abilities he would be more akin to a gold ranked adventurer. He chooses to use these sparingly as to avoid suspicions regarding his vampirism.

Baxter can die but it would be extremely difficult. In order for Baxter to die, he would need to be staked through the heart with wood. This would cause his body to vanish and return to his old estate on the other side of the continent where his coffin lays. He would then need to be staked again in this coffin to kill him for good. Otherwise mortal injuries will disable him for a time, but he will eventually regenerate over the course of an hour or so. Baxter avoids being captured as this regeneration could lead to **** if used against him. He also avoids getting staked in the heart as he isn’t keen on being teleported across the continent. Sunlight burns his skin and is very painful until it can regenerate.
