Billy's doctor and nurse

Billy watches as a doctor and a nurse enter the room. He moves the thermos to the side of his bed hiding it from them. The doctor introduces himself, "Hello, Mr. Buckingham, I'm Doctor Thorton and this is your nurse Natasha." Billy smiles at the two of them as he's glad that Veronica warned him.

Billy watches as Natasha starts changing his IV. A thought flashes into Billy's head, "BE CAREFUL, THEY MAY BE PUTTING A SLEEP CHEMICAL INSIDE! QUICKLY, GRAB THE THERMOS AND CHUG THE SERUM BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!" Billy quickly moves up in the bed and tells the doctor, "Nice try, Dr. Thorton but I see your game! It's time for my secret weapon!"

Dr. Thorton was hoping to figure out what happened to Billy. The story he was told by the officers was too ridiculous to believe. He hadn't had Billy handcuffed as he thought he couldn't possibly be a danger to anyone. However, Billy's delusions seem to be continuing. After Billy spoke, the doctor watched as Billy grabbed a thermos from behind his back.

The nurse immediately shouted, "Hey, that's my thermos! How did you get that?" Billy laughs and says, "You think it's your thermos but it's filled with my secret serum! With it, I shall have more power than you'll ever know!" Billy opens the thermos and drink its contents before laughing at the two of them.

Billy suddenly feels the urge to sleep and collapses on the bed. The doctor looks at the nurse before taking the thermos carefully. He smells it and says, "It's not coffee or water. I think he came in this?" She turns her nose and says, "He grabbed my thermos, came inside it and just drank it?"

The doctor shakes his head and offers the thermos to the nurse who declines. The doctor throws it in the trash and writes in his notes for serious anti-psychiotics and tells the officers to lock Billy to the hospital bed and keep a guard on duty.
