Betrayal?

Shari fought back the urge to laugh, the creature was threatening enough as it was. If only Meretheir had treated her like a true apprentice from the start, perhaps she would have powerful spells to fight this creature... but she didnt, and now the half elf could only use tricks really, nothing serious enough to drive back the hellspawn.

Waving her hands into various glyphs, she began to enchant the various objects around the stables. Saddles, pitchforks, lanterns, everything she could toss at the demon, to give Mira time. The objects flew at it, some straight like a weapon strike, others dancing and feinting. The demon could just smash and destroy most of it, but they were enough to distract him momentarilly.

"Die, foul creature!" Mira screamed as she fell her enchanted blade on it, severing the ape arm like if it was made of butter. It recoiled in fear, obviously unused to feeling pain, but that was a grievous mistake. The knight wasnt used to give qualms to damned creatures, and her next strike simply severed the its bat head.

"That was quick" a familiar voice spoke up, and Shari felt her heart swell up when she saw queiss feline form

"Queiss! where have you been?" the half elf said.

"Leading this stupid baboon to you, of course" the cat said, non chalantly. Silence.

"... you betrayed me?" Shari finally spoke up, Mira cautiously moved to next to her.

"Who, me? of course not!" the cat hissed "I brought him here so you could use his energy to craft me a new body!"

"Ah, I have no idea how to do something like that"

The cat smiled "I will teach you".
