Beth's just messing with Willow - she wants a chance to embarrass her too

Willow's heart, already pounding painfully hard in her chest, sped up even faster as she saw the doorknob start to turn. Finally, this nightmare was going to end! She could get some clothes on at last, and then plan her-

"Actually."

Willow froze. Beth's hand had shot out at the last second, gripping the doorknob and holding it in place. She was smiling at Willow, which ordinarily would make her heart flutter, but in this case something about her smile filled her with apprehension.

"Wh-what?" Willow said, failing to suppress the tremor in her voice. "Actually what?"

After her public humiliation at the hands of the other cheerleaders, Beth had developed something of a fondness for embarrassing other girls like she herself had been. She found that it made the memory of her own **** streak not sting quite as much. Her beauty helped her both trick other women into situations where they wound up exposed in public, and get away with it after the fact...and now a naked and shy girl literally just knocked on her door? How could she turn that opportunity down?

Beth kept smiling at her clueless victim. This was going to be even more fun than usual - this girl obviously had a thing for her. She was so close to Willow that Willow could smell her perfume strongly, and feel her breath tickle her face. She was even more acutely aware than before of her own nudity and vulnerability.
