Bella is set straight

Holding Bella's shoulder, the woman arches the young cop forward and smacks her behind. "OW! I-I'm a police officer! You are under arrest!" Bella tries to be forceful, and raise her voice. The woman just laughs. "You aren't a police officer. You're just a kid." Bella has heard this way to often after she started living by herself. There were instances of being carded, stared at, and there was one where a supermarket clerk walked with Bella to her car in the parking lot at night. Now hearing the woman belittle her was the breaking point. Bella pushed the woman and started to cry. The woman calmly opened the door to the backseat of her car, hoisted Bella face down on the seat, and yanked the officers pants and panties down. Bella screamed and sobbed, uselessly kicking her legs as the woman was spanking the little girls butt red for pretending to be a cop. What came after the shattering spanks was gratifying for the woman, but absolute horror to Bella
