Bear

You approach Bear and stand next to him, Cat and Wolf look at you confused for a second, but quickly understand you're worried about bear going off alone. Bear at first seems opposed to you joining him, but when he makes the same realization he brings you forward for a kiss. Despite feeling close to all your brethren, you have a soft spot for Bear. Maybe it's because you knew him before becoming a lizard. Well, to be honest, you can barely remember anything before becoming a lizard. But that doesn't bother you, you like what you are.

Wolf walks up to you and Bear, you see him put a hand on bears stomach, bears stomach rumbles for a bit responding to the touch, eventually quieting and settling down. Wolf then turns to you and puts his hand on your chest. You don't understand what he is doing until you feel a change in your body. You realize that the Alpha determines the role of every member of his group, when a latex creature is created they have no role until the alpha assigns one. Once they've been assigned a role, they can no longer change. Cat is assigned to be quick and quiet, Bear is to be strong and convert many humans, and Wolf is assigned to be the Alpha. You had no role, but once Wolf saw how close you were to Bear, he had the perfect role in mind for you.

You feel your body stretching and growing as your height increases. You grow at least three feet taller, towering at nine feet tall, barely being shorter then bear. Your muscle's ripple and harden, while before you were already strong, you feel another surge of power as your muscles could impress any bodybuilder, becoming even more defined. Finally, you feel your dicks grow another four inches, you chuckle as you look down to meet Wolf's gaze. Your friends all stare impressed at your new form, you are now tall and strong, a lizard whose role is to protect the team from all danger. You hit your chest with a clenched fist as a promise that your allies will never be harmed as long as you move. Wolf and Cat both look pleased with your new form, they stare at your increased length and are tempted for another round, but they shake their heads knowing they have a job to do. As you see Wolf and Cat leave through their door, both wishing you and Bear luck, you feel a heavy hand approach you as Bear wants to compare strength. Gripping his hand you and him arm wrestle, the match is close with both sides having their advantage, but in one quick move, you summon all your strength... and lose to Bear. Bear chuckles, he's still stronger than you, but for a lizard comparing to a bear you're very close to his strength.

You two turn to the room before you had a choice to be sneaky, but now that choice is gone. You and Bear proudly walk into the room. The room seems to be a kitchen. Pots and pans are around the sink, all seeming to be filthy. There's a single door at the back of the room, next to the sink. You hear voices from behind it, as you and bear approach the voices stop. They've clearly heard you and bear thumping towards them. You both approach the door and bash it open, finding...
