Battle for Yirene
Year 527 ED tired of the constant invasion from the kingdom of Pazzazia, Prince Zachary organized and army to invade Yirene Dukedom governed by Duke Hildebrandus Yirene, thats serves as the front line towards Bugalla.
The Prince was able to amass an army of 15000 strong knights and 2000 mercenaries, Stroud was a mercenary rider that was assign to 500 man strong Blood Cavalries.
Prince Zachary lead his army to a 3 day march towards Yirene, this is a make or break battle if they lose here they risk losing the bulk of their army and will easily succumb to the Pazzazia invasion army.
Then on the 3rd day, the Prince army of 17000 came face against the army of Duke Hildebrandus 20000 of men, the fighting was fierce with bothe side not giving an inch of ground to the other.
However, Bugalla was at a disadvantage. Their on the attacking side, if Pazzazia ever send soldiers to reinforce Duke Hildebrandus they would lose the battle.
The battle continued for 3 days, with mounting casualties on both side, and on the 4rth day. Stroud was charging through the battlefield and spotted a fat man leading the troops with his banner, which had been kept low close to him. The red banner, with the head of a griffin.
Stroud immediately knew that this is person is non other than the Duke himself.
