Bathe before bed.

It is a hot muggy night and you are feeling all gross and sweaty after your long drive. You, therefore, decide to have a bath or shower before bed. You get undressed and pick up the rich red bathrobe that is lying on your bed with the name of the hotel emblazoned on it in gold thread.

You walk into the bathroom and are amazed. The shower is large enough for at least two people and the bath is more like a stone hot tub. The walls are painted with a scene of several nymphs bathing at night in a forest pool as satyrs spy on them from the trees. There is a mirror across from the bath and shower that reflects the scene and makes the bathroom seem even larger. The roof is dark blue with white specks that give the impression of stars and the overhead light gives off a soft glow like moonlight. Whoever designed this room has gone all out in trying to make people feel like they are part of the scene on the walls.

You look around and then remove your robe. As you do you catch sight of your naked body in the mirror. While you usually are not all that vain about your body something about the light or the mirror seems to be hiding all the imperfections you always see when you look at yourself naked while extenuating those things you are proud of. You look good and for a moment you feel as if the women on the walls are admiring you and it makes you feel even better.
