Banmaru Kazuto, an older man

The leader takes one of the files and looks at it. "Banmaru Kazuto," he says. "I haven't seen him in quite some time. I knew he was back in the village, but are we sure he'd be willing to stay?"

"Actually, sir," one of the men says, "When we approached him with this problem, he said, and I quote, 'I'd love to take such a prize pony with me and let my hard road break her.'"

The leader chuckles. "Ha! That sounds like Kazuto. Even with his hair going grey, he loves young girls. I've no doubt he means that literally as well. But are we certain that he can handle her? Young girls are also a weakness of his, as I recall."

"Kazuto is one of our most experienced Jonin, operating usually on his own. In that respect he might be a bad mentor, but his experience would allow him quite an edge over her youthful spirit. He's handled difficult students and team members before, and has no qualm about suitably humiliating punishments."

"True ... and as I recall his monster has sent more than one cathouse whore crying in shame. Kazuto is probably the kindest of these three, but my doubts are no longer an issue for me. He is definitely a strong candidate, though he will be keeping her outside the city at least until he is done with her."
