Chapter 8 by bastian bastian

How will the party assult the ruined manor?

At the manor

Around mid day Janno found himself deep in thought as he lead his companions up the narrow forest path that lead to the ruined manor. As Corvus described it this would be a very dangerous adventure, yet the potential rewards were simply too good to pass up for the hot blooded Janno.

He looked around speculatively, trying to ascertain the strengths and weaknesses of his companions. Bella would be useful as she was at least somewhat knowledgeable with her mace and was a competent healer. Janno had little doubt that Corvus was skilled in his profession and was surprised that even he was slightly intimidated by the fiery ranger that had just today joined their ranks. He took heart though, because if she was half as good as Torvanis let on, she would be an invaluable asset to the party. Of all his companions it was Ariel that worried him the most. She was weak, frail even, and was only a mildly competent spell caster, however, she had hard and courage and he hoped that in time she would prove to be an invaluable member of his party.

It was nearing nightfall when they reached the ravine where Corvus had located the first of the escape holes that lead into the manner. “Company halt,” Janno ordered and his group immediately reined in their horses. “Corvus, you mentioned that this place had the look of an animal den when last you were here did you not?”

“I did, and it looked to be a rather large animal too, I would not advise taking this path.” He responded.

“I’m afraid this may be the only way. It is far too dangerous to **** the manor directly and I doubt we will have any success moving the boulder that blocks the river escape hole.” Janno thought for a moment, “Tanya, see if you can sense what’s in that cave.”

The ranger nodded and then stared up at the sky, her eyes glazing over as she concentrated. After a few moments she spoke carefully. “I have spoken with the trees and they have informed me that an animal did dwell within the recesses of this escape hole.” She concentrated a moment longer then glanced at him, “However, you need not worry as the bear which called this cave home was very old and perished of his age several weeks ago.”

Janno nodded, “Excellent! Likely the people who have taken the manor will not expect an invasion from this entrance, believing that the bear will prevent such entry.” Eager to press forward, Janno and company dismounted had Ariel light their torches. When they were ready they began to make their way through the cave, past the foul smelling corpse of the decaying bear and into a narrow corridor which Corvus assured them lead directly into the cellar of the occupied manor.

The corridor was long and slick with moss but after climbing several flights of stairs the adventures found themselves at last within a dank, poorly lit cellar. Ariel, Janno noted, stuck rather closely to him, often bumping into him whenever he turned around or slowed his pace, but to her credit she never once complained about their situation or expressed her fear.

“Follow me,” Corvus ordered as he silently stalked over the rough stone floor with Janno and the others close behind. “The cell it just up ahead Janno, and I know from my last visit that there is only one entrance. Perhaps just you and Tanya should go on ahead while Bella, Ariel and me remain behind to guard the passage.”

“I agree,” Janno said and nodded at Bella and Ariel to stay put, “Corvus, you are in charge while I’m gone.” The rogue nodded soberly and turned to the two woman, quietly giving them orders.

“Well, Janno,” Tanya said in a whisper, “lets get this over with.” Janno nodded and lead the way down the short corridor to the cell where the creatures were captive. Not making a sound he peered into the cell and found himself looking upon three of the most intriguing women he had ever laid eyes on.

The first of the captives took Janno’s breath away. She was a tall woman, perhaps 6’5” and very athletic, but most intriguing was her pale blue skin and the lightning streaked hair. Janno immediately identified her as a cloud giantess, however, she was obviously quite young, no more then 20, and was nowhere near as large as the 9’ minimum that all adult giantesses of her race reached.

Not wanting to lose himself by further examining the nude giantesses other attributes he moved onto the next girl. The young centauress which Corvus had informed him was also captive, was hobbled in the center of the cell, looking both frightened and agonized by her prolonged captivity. Of the three she was the most other worldly and thus fascinated Janno the most. His eyes trailed down her body, starting with her flawless human face and moving down her almost oversized breasts, until finally reaching her slim waist which gradually melted into the her lower half, which closely resembled the body of a pony.

Dragging himself away from the centauress he brought his eyes to meet the slender goat girl. Of the three she was the only one to notice him and she met his eyes with outright hatred, “It appears we have a visitor,” the white haired girl with the horns, tail, and hooves of a goat spoke up. The other two captives raised their eyes and looked deeply into his.

“Have you come to take us?” the giantess asked in a resigned tone.

Mesmerized by the gaze of the three women, Janno fumbled around for the latch of the door. When he found it he quickly undid the latch and pushed open the squeaky iron door as quietly as possible. Then he and Tanya swept into the room.

“Listen,” Tanya spoke up, “we are friends and have come in the name of the Druid Torvanis to set you free and punish those who imprisoned you.” A faint glimmer of hope appeared in the eyes of the captives. Tanya glanced at the chains restraining the arms and legs of all three captives then back. “These bonds are imbued with protective magic, have you any idea how they can be removed?”

The fauna was the first to speak up. “Yes, they may be removed ranger, however, these chains are set to bind their captives only so long as a specific state exists within the captive.”

Tanya look worried, but Janno piped up, “Then we must simply change the state to set you free.”

The centrauress looked down and moaned, “It is not so simple, the state that binds us is our virginity, the bandits had planned to sell us as sex slaves to the highest bidder, and these chains were placed here to assure the customer that we are in fact virgins the first time he comes to take us.”

Janno was taken aback by her admission, “So how might we save you?” he asked.

The cloud giantess set her face in a position of determination, “I for one see no other alternative young fighter,” She said, “Though it is not how I might have wished my first time, if I am to have my cherry popped then I would rather have it done by a noble hero come to save me, rather then be **** by some foul smelling noble.” Following her lead the other two women nodded in agreement.

“Will you do this for us?” the Centauress asked.

Will Janno do it?
