Ask about getting Lin to join

You decide that if you're going to go for this, might as well go all the way. "You know, as long as we're waiting for Lin, would you be interested in increasing my cookie purchase?" you ask Claire.

She raises an eyebrow at you. "Just what more are you looking for, Mr. ...?"

"Doe, but you can just call me John," you reply. "I was thinking that I might be willing to buy more if your friend Lin was willing to participate. Say if I doubled my order and got to enjoy both of you for 2 hours instead?"

You can tell Claire is considering it, so you give her a moment to think it over. Finally, she responds, "I'll have to talk it over with Lin, but I think we could make that deal. Or I have one final offer for you. Buy up our entire stock and you can have both of us all night."

"All night?" you ask. Your lower brain is agreeing wholeheartedly with this plan, and the lack of blood going to your upper brain makes it hard to think of anything else, but you do have enough sense to ask, "How many boxes are we talking about here? 70? 80?"

Claire smiles. "Try about 200, which means you're looking at about $1000 for the cookies, but with it you get two bi-sexual high school seniors, willing to do anything you want from sundown to sunup. Are you game?"

"And what if Lin doesn't agree?" you ask.

"I think she will, but if she doesn't, then you can still have me for the hour for the 20 boxes, or you can buy half our stock, about 100 boxes, and have me all night," Claire offers.

Just then, you hear a knock on the door, and you answer it to find Lin with the rest of the boxes on the wagon. Claire quickly pulls her aside to have a whispered conversation, one involving several glances at you from both girls. After several minutes, they both walk back over to you at your front door.
