Arrival

New city, new opportunities. Is definitely a big change from where I used to live, this is definitely a city, at least what we all imagine when we think of a city. Always found funny how grandad and the mayor managed to get the title of city on a technicality.

After getting all my things it was time to head in to my new place, according to the listing is was near a train station and close to a park... and yes, it was like that, honestly I was expecting a run down building in a bad part of town, while it was not breathtaking in any way, it was well taken care of.

Sean: Hello there, sorry, we don't take walk ins, but if you want I can show you some of the apartments and then discuss a possible lease. You will have to go through the whole process though and it may take a couple of months.

John: I´m John we exchanged some email over the last few months.

Sean: Oh! You should have said so earlier, come in, let me show you the place.

Sean seemed nice enough, he was one of those persons you can't accurately tell how old they are, he could be in his early 20s or early 40s for what I could tell. The place was nice, it wasn't falling, the units were well taken care of, apparently the building was Sean´s dad gift to him, Sean loved to take it easy but still made sure everything was working.
