Apartment 9 - A Nun

Ellie's fine-tuned ears twitch at the sound of low unabated chanting from within apartment nine. The chants are holy in nature as someone is calling on God for their protection from evil. Ellie had never considered her vampiric blessing to have been an act of evil, maybe it was time for her to send this do-gooder on a different path.

Grinning from ear to ear Ellie raised her foot and roughly began to kick the door. At first, nothing budged then after a few well-placed kicks the lock buckled and the door swung inward. Ellie's fangs unsheathed from her jaw as she stepped into the apartment, the chanting had all but ceased as she lay her crimson eyes on the Nun that stood in the doorway to her right.

Instinctively the Nun pulled out her cross and began to sprint toward Ellie yelling out a stream of Christian prayers as she desperately tried to banish her uninvited guest. Ellie cackled insanely before pursing her lips to mewl; "That god stuff won't work on me bitch, I was an atheist born and raised."

The Nun relinquished her grip on the cross and turned back into the room. Before she had a chance to lock the door Ellie was easing her way inside...
