An explanation of Tokyo Ghoul's world

If you're like me and you just like seeing large cocked futanari's fuck men in the ass, you may have clicked on this story with zero understanding of the world of Tokyo Ghoul.

If that's the case then please read this chapter to get a small understanding of the premise of the story, just so you aren't totally confused by any strange occurrences in this story.

Tokyo Ghoul takes place in a fictional version of our modern existence. Almost everything in the world of Tokyo Ghoul is the same as in this world, except for the existence of the creatures known as ghouls. Ghouls are human-like creatures that can only survive by consuming human flesh. Because of this, they are considered as natural enemies to human society, and the average person views them as monsters who will kill any human for food.

As is revealed quite early in the series, ghouls possess the same level of intelligence as humans. In fact, there are only 2 real ways in which they differ from humans,

1. They must consume humans in order to survive

2. They possess a unique organ called a kakuhou that allows them to create extra appendages, called kagune on the ghouls' bodies.

When I write from the perspective of a character who is unfamiliar with the existence of kagune and kakuhou (as it's not widely known among humans that such organs exist in ghouls), I may refer to kagune as appendages, tentacles, wings or anything else.

Kagune can take many different forms in the series, and there are a whole set of classifications that explain how exactly these organs work and produce different kagune, but these intricacies are unimportant for this kind of story. I've included a few pictures of kagune from the anime just so you can get a sense of what they are.

The main character of this series, Ken Kaneki is born a human, and may or may not stay that way for the duration of the series (you'll have to read to find out ;)). This story is, again, the same premise as Tokyo Ghoul, just that female ghouls, alongside their kakuhou, have massive penises. Thus, as Kaneki explores the world of ghouls in this story, he is doubly fucked compared to his original series counterpart.
