Amy Manages to Distract Her

The chunk of concrete falls just short, landing directly behind the leather clad super villainess with a loud thud. Queen Oya looks back, immediately locking eyes with Amy.

"Shit." Amy mutters to herself diving away as a bolt of electricity rips the ground apart where she'd just been standing.

Queen Oya splits her focus, with one hand she continues to keep a steady arc of lightning shooting at the man with ice powers, with her other she fires concentrated bolts of electricity at Amy who dodges in and out of cover. From behind a pile of rubble she's kneeling behind Amy sees a slow creeping trail of frost making its way from the man behind the ice shield towards Queen Oya.

"If I can keep her distracted for just a few more seconds he can subdue her." She thinks to herself and with a deep breath rushes from behind the cover towards a parked car, hoping to dive behind it. Unfortunately halfway across she feels a sudden combination of burning and numbing shoot through her body, ripping the breath from her lungs and causing her to hit the ground hard as her muscles spasm uncontrollably. Just before she blacks out she sees the villain going wide eyed as she's suddenly encased in a thick layer of ice from below.
