Alternative

Since the 3 boys chose the alternative there is no going back. The agencies involved will decide the punishment.

On Monday everyone has returned to Mr Wilkins office. Also attending was Lucy Reynolds, parole officer.

Mr Wilkins "Boys, we have come to a decision. For the next two weeks, the three of you will wear an ankle monitor and nothing else. You will not be allowed to cover up, except for drying off after a shower. You will not be allowed to leave the boundaries of the school district."

1) During the course of your punishment, you will be nude 24/7. Beginning at the conclusion of this meeting, you will send your clothes home with your parents. Officer Nelson will attach a pink ankle monitor. You will be allowed shoes, but no socks.

2) You will attend all classes as normal.

3) If any of you have a job you will be allowed to go to work. But straight to work and straight home. If there are any health or safety issues that won't allow you to be nude, you will need to take a leave of absence.

4) If you miss any days of school, two days will be tacked on at the end.

5) Officer Nelson will be at school doing check ups. She will be checking your job and home to make sure you are following the punishment. Or another officer can check in. Ms Reynolds will also do checks. If you are covered at any time, two days will be added at the end. The objective is to keep our youth out of the system. It is also designed to teach you a lesson.

6) Since your actions occurred during and interrupted Ms Collins class, you will be attending her class, since it is during the same time as your physical education class. You will shower in the girl's locker room. AFTER the girls have showered and dressed. The girls will be allowed to stay and watch if they so choose.

7) Any violations will result in extra time, or criminal charges. Once the sentence is over, you will have a clean slate.
