Alex goes to check on Juliet after her nap.

Juliet slowly opened her eyes as she heard a knock at the door, rolling out from under the covers and adjusting the hem of the negligee that she had put on before taking her nap. The slip fell to the middle of her thighs, the white silk flowing like liquid against her bronze skin. She rubbed her eyes, preparing to get out of bed, when the door swing open with a click and Alexandra walked into the room.

She wore a long brown dress, cinched at the waist with a wide skirt that dropped down to her ankles. Juliet tried not to stare at the way the plunging neckline of the dress drew her attention to the other girl's ample breasts as they rose and fell with her breathing. Alex smiled as she walked towards the bed, sitting down next to Juliet on the soft mattress.

?Sorry to wake you,? said Alex softly, ?but I just wanted to make sure that you were getting settled in without any trouble.? She brought her hand up to the other girl's face and brushed a stray strand of hair from her eyes. ?Is there anything that I can get you, anything at all?? She moved closer to Juliet, putting her arm around the other girl's waist. Juliet said nothing, although she smiled as she felt Alex's hand running along the small of her back.

?You don't say much, do you?? asked Alex as she ran her other hand down the exposed skin of Juliet's thigh. The bigger girl blushed, her eyes downcast as she finally spoke, her voice quiet and timid.

?I'm sorry, I just didn't want you to leave me there,? whispered Juliet, ?you seemed so gentle, and I didn't want to end up with someone else like...? She seemed to **** on her words, as though she couldn't go on.

?Oh sweetie,? said Alex reassuringly as she ran her fingers through Juliet's light brown hair, ?you don't have anything to worry about, I could never have left you there.? She planted a kiss on the girl's cheek, rubbing her nose against Juliet's skin. ?As soon as I saw you, I knew that I wanted to take you home with me, wanted to spend more time with you.?

A tear slid down Juliet's cheek, her eyes still downcast. ?I saw the way that you looked at me, and I knew that I could come with you, but I was afraid that if I said anything, I might make you angry and you would leave me there...? Juliet's words came out in quick gasps as she **** them past her lips. ?And I just couldn't go home with another person like... like...?

Alexandra put her finger over the girl's lips, quieting her. She wrapped her arms around Juliet, comforting her with her presence. ?It's okay,? she said, ?nothing like that is ever going to happen to you again. Everything is going to be just fine...?
