Aftermath.

Anna looks at the bloody dagger for several seconds. Then prepares to clean it on the hem of her robe, then hesitates, He's dead, he wont mind. She thinks, instead wiping the small blade off on the man's sleeve instead.

She watches closely as she slides the dagger back into its sheath. Then, feeling somehow hollow inside, she slips the dagger back inside her robes.

For several minutes, Anna listens to the fighting above. After a while, the ship seems to right herself, and its not long after that before the fighting seems to start dying down.

Uncertain of what to expect, Anna makes her way to the ladder leading up. Climbing the ladder, she squints at the sunlight after so long in the dimness below deck.

As her eyes adjust to the brightness above deck, Anna gasps in horror at the carnage around her.
