Chapter 4
by jw_wjw
What was left for Sarah to cover herself?
Absolutely nothing
As expected, Sarah ran up to her room and found absolutely nothing left in her wardrobe. She was more concerned, however, with her bed that was also stripped bare - no sheets, no pillowcases, and not even any pillows! She also spied the lack of blankets on her bed.
Sighing, she walked into the bathroom and noticed that all her towels were missing - even the little hand towels. She looked around and noticed that there was no toilet paper by her toilet. She opened the cabinet under the sink and noticed that the men had taken the rest of her toilet paper as well! Great, now she had to invest in a bidet or take a shower whenever she took another sh-word.
Exasperated by it all, she went to the kitchen and poured herself some orange juice, spilling some on the side of the cup. She was about to get some paper towels to clean it up when she realized that they too were missing. Hoping for the best but expecting the worst, she looked into the pantry and confirmed her worst suspicions. Everything remotely textile had been forfeit in this deal!
She sighed, drank some orange juice, and looked down at the spill, not knowing what to do.
How does Sarah clean up the spill?

Clothing Collateral
An Unorthodox Mortgage
Sarah was stoked at getting such a low down payment on her dream house. She had swooped in on a new market opening in a nice part of town and managed to seal the deal. How did she get the house? Rather than mortgage the house itself, she decided to mortgage not only the clothes she was wearing at the time, but any clothing she might own in the future. For the next 30 years, Sarah's ability to stay decent will be contingent on her ability to make the payments, and the bank can foreclose on her fabric property without notice.
