As the cosmic being looked down upon a universe where Harry Potter was destined to be fate's bitch it decided that this particular alti-verse could use a little chaos.

But who to give this level of power to?

Luna Lovegood? Between her mad perception of reality and the implications of her name, she has to be the first choice.

Perhaps Molly Weasley? Though she acts the prude, a woman that has had 7 kids in non-stop fashion, doth protest too much, especially as she seems to know all the places and women that are not proper to visit.

Mrs. MacGuffin. Hermione's muggle neighbor. With her being away at school she was never around to notice the neighbor's strange packages, or odor of latex emanating from her house.

Minerva Mcgonagall, the Deputy HeadMistress. What causes more problems? the desire to be called mistress? the animagus instincts? Something else?

Harry Potter. Almost too easy. Perhaps a Harry who temporarily lacks ethics? Or one with double the dicks? Maybe a crazy guide that gives him options that sound reasonable but always has crazy side effects.
