A world based on a D&D setting(faerun) where you are a god

You decide to start with toril as a template world. You then weave in yourself, as a strange and reclusive(and rather unknown) god named "cerits" (ser-EETS). you then list your powers (all unknown to anyone else)

1. The ability to gain any and all information about a topic at will
2. The ability to alter the physical, mental, and emotional parts of reality

After making this short list, you think you are ready to dive in. you write "I am now cerits, standing just inside the serpent gate in bauder's gate.
