A white door with a red cross symbol on it

You look at the door in puzzlement for a moment. Is this part of the challenge or a just an infirmary? There's only one way to find out though.

You step inside and find a spotless white room with a number of sterile-looking beds separated by curtains, along with a desk across the room from you.

Sitting in a swivel chair at the desk is a petite, attractive Asian woman in what you might charitably call a "nurse outfit", though "sexy nurse costume" would probably be a better description.

The white one piece barely covers any of her crossed legs, and once she turns in your direction, you can see that her ample cleavage is almost fully exposed.

"Oh, you're the new challenger, aren't you. I wasn't expecting to see you until tomorrow."

She laughs in a friendly, disarming fashion, then rises to her not-particularly-impressive full height.

"Tomorrow?" You furrow your brows in confusion. Wasn't this a one day challenge?

The nurse - or woman dressed vaguely like a nurse - nods cheerfully.

"I have you scheduled for 11:30am."

You're not sure how to respond to that, but she's still explaining.

"After Black Rose has her way with you, you'll be grateful for it! I've gotten to be an expert in treating boys with sore rectums. I've found it's best to wait until the late morning though, since Black Rose tends not to let her victi- *ahem* partners- sleep until quite late."

She laughs again, a friendly disarming sound at complete odds with her previous sentences.

"That's only if I lose though." You interject a point, and the woman nods patiently, as if humoring you.

"Yes, yes, I suppose you won't need treatment if you win."

Her voice leaves no doubt that she doesn't expect that to be an issue.

"Ah, I almost forgot, I'm Miho. I run the infirmary, and since you're here now..." she slips on a pair of surgical gloves, then picks up a bottle of lubricant, drizzling it onto her hands.
