A weird device, looking like a smartphone

You take a device out of the box, that looks like a smartphone, but it lacks a camera, or any buttons.
Not really expecting anything, you tap the screen, only for the device to light up.

Enter your name.

You decide to take another look into the box, but its empty. Looking back at the device, you wager your options. Could you trust this thing? Who send it to you?
Then again, whats the worst that could happen. Without giving it another thought, you tip in your name, using the keyboard that appeared at the bottom of the screen.

Then the screen goes dark. You´re about to think that this whole thing is some weird scam, as the screen lights up again. Your heart drops as you look at a picture of yourself.
You see your whole body on the screen, just as you are now, dressed only in your underwear, slowly spinning on the spot.

Then you notice three dots at the upper right corner. After clicking on them, a small menu pops up. You seem to have been given three options.

-Psychic alteration

-Environmental alteration

You hesitate as you think about your next step.
