A talk between Men! A classic "i am your Father" moment for Dean

Even when I woke up the next day I was still grinning my head off. My changed mood was also noticed by my classmates, who welcomed me more and more. Today we had another class on ethics, but this time it was more of a BLABLABLA for me. I had decided not to be a shining hero or something! I wanted to have fun with Jean and I wanted her to have fun with me! Instead of thinking about the moral consequences of my actions, I thought about how to proceed. In the breakfast break Hank called me into the lab. Present were the Professor and Scott. When I saw him, I could not help smiling but the expressions the other two made were rather serious.

"Dean. We have now completed your research and have learned some interesting things." Said Hank, and as he spoke I wondered why the X-Men's mastermind looked like he could beat the Hulk to a pulp.

"Is this the kind of round where I get good news or the kind where I get bad news?" I asked uncertainly.

"Don't worry, Dean! There's nothing wrong with you, only now you will be told things that will change your world view." Scott said and handed me a folder. When I looked inside I saw this mysterious Purple Man I had heard about.

"It's that Purple Man, isn't it? Miss Grey has already told me about him." I said insecurely, and Hank nodded.

"That's right. And... well, there's no easy way to tell you this, but he's your father!"

"What? No! My father's name is Walter," I said, and Charles nodded, and then he said.

"We've checked everything several times. Your mother crossed Mr. Killgrave's path once and it was her doom."

Scott continued when he saw my confused look. "Purple Man, alias Killgrave, is basically a pretty lousy villain. He thinks he's a supervillain but he's not dangerous. However, he is an amoral bastard who shamelessly abuses his powers. The professor has checked your mother's memories. In her case he was less brutal than in others. She doesn't even remember being under his influence."

"Does that mean this asshole **** my mother?" I said stunned and Hank adjusted his glasses.

"I'm afraid so. That also leads us straight to the limiter in your head. Purple Man is not a born mutant like us, but when he impregnated your mother, his altered DNA became part of your genome. So, you are a born mutant who has inherited the powers of Purple Man. In theory you could even surpass his own power."

"Which means?"

"That Purple Man was afraid of your abilities. He was afraid that you would take ****. So, he got one of the doctors to put a restrictor in you."

"So... it wasn't my parents who did that to me, but that... guy?" I asked, and the professor rolled up and put one hand on my shoulder.

"dean. He has paid for his crimes. The last time he was seen, he was trapped in an isolation chamber and put on a Victor van Doom jet. I do not think it will be pleasant for him."

"That insane doctor?" I asked, and Scott nodded.

"Come Scott! Let's go and have a beer first," he said and went outside with me. "You know... you're going to have to deal with that kind of shit from now on. Some of us here have bad family histories, others don't even know who their parents are. I know it's a shock to you, but I don't think you should think of him as your father." Scott said as we walked through the hallways and opened a fridge in the garage and threw me a beer.

"Can I have one?" asked Logan, looking up from behind a motorcycle.

"Here!" said Scott and threw him one.

"Is the dwarf allowed to drink at all?" Logan asked as he opened the bottle with his thumb.

"When do you care about age, Logan?" said Scott and raised an eyebrow.

"Hey. What are you doing Scott? Are you playing the boyfriend here?" said Logan with a grin and got on the bike, which was immediately pushed down. I just sat down on a swivel chair and looked back and forth between the two of them.

"Somebody has to do it. You disqualified yourself for the post after only 3 seconds. You know... cool guy... old fart!" Scott grinned and pointed at Logan.

"Pah. I could be your father!"

"You could be my grandfather's father! And honestly. If I was related to you, I'd be ready for a psychiatrist."

"Oh yeah? You want me to smash your face in?" Logan asked with a grin as he sipped from the bottle.

"For real? Should Jean park a road roller on you again?" he grinned, and I looked questioningly at Logan.

"This is an inside job, kid!"

"Our Wolverine here had one of his tantrums and wanted to cut me to pieces. So, my wife parked a road roller on him. He may be almost immortal, but it looked really weird lying there... Wait," Scott laughed and played with his cell phone. Shortly afterwards he showed me a picture of Logan lying completely immobile under the heavy equipment on his back.

"Dude! I told you to delete that picture!"

"Yep... I distinctly remember you saying that!" laughed Scott. "Now give me a break! Dean just found out that his father is not his biological father!"

"Yep. Jean told me! I'm sorry, dwarf, but your dad's a real asshole!"

"When did you see Jean?" Scott and Logan asked with a big grin but answered with one.

"Hey! I'm a gentleman! I'm not giving anything away!"

While they argued, I was just sipping my beer in a good mood. It was kind of funny how they behaved. "When you two quarrels over Miss Grey... you know the saying... when two quarrels, the third is happy!"

Both looked at me and while Logan grinned Scott sighed amused. "Another one of your kind."

"Hey, kiddo! Listen to this. Jean said this could get intense for you. I don't agree with Jean. That fuckface isn't your father. The guy who's been there for you all your life is your father!"

"Woah... who are you and what have you done with Logan?" asked Scott and Logan raised one hand and let only the middle blade go out. It came so surprisingly dry that I almost swallowed the beer and laughed out loud when suddenly my bottle started to float away.

"SCOTT SUMMERS!" Jean hissed angrily as she came into the room. "What is this?! ****!? At 11 in the morning?! And you Logan?! Which one of you two idiots is responsible for this!?"

Both men instinctively reached out their hand and pointed to the other.

"Yeah, right. DEAN WAYNE! Come along! I must be crazy! You'll be late for class! And its way too early for beer," she said sternly and pointed to the door.

"Um... yes... Miss Grey! " I said and stood up and walked towards her. While we were leaving the garage, Jean let off some steam and while she was blaspheming about the bad habits of Logan and Scott she suddenly stopped and poked me on the chest with her index finger.

"And don't think I have forgotten what you did yesterday! Didn't I tell you to keep your mouth shut?"

"But Miss Grey! I didn't say a word! Remember? I was completely silent!"

"Yes, you were, but I also meant you should just sit in the corner and watch! And not interfere!"

"Why, Miss Grey! You did not say that! I did exactly what you said! And that means I'm a good student.

"Well... yes... Yes! But I didn't think I had to forbid you to interfere! What if I lost focus and Scott saw you? Did you ever think of that?" she said anxiously and sighed. "Dean! Yesterday was insane even by my standards!"

"You're right Miss Grey! But we both love insane things if they only concern us, don't we?"

"Well... I...

"Miss Grey!" I said and let a finger fondle her blouse. "We both loved what happened in the bedroom yesterday! I just felt the need to thank you by rubbing your tits! That's understandable, right?"

"Dean... Jesus! I was supposed to teach you how to use your powers and all you can think about is watching me sleep with my husband!"

"That is not true! I think about your tits a lot, too! They are the most beautiful tits I have ever seen, and I just love it when you let me touch them!"

"I understand that, but...

"I know Miss Grey. You'd like to allow me to do more, I know you would!"

"That's right, Dean... I'd like to allow you more, but I'm afraid you'll misunderstand why you're here!"

"Miss Grey! Perhaps it would be better if we could start by doing one thing at a time. Could you do me a favor?"

"That depends on which young man!"

"Could we do it again tonight... just so I can talk to Scott... I'd like to ask him for something."

"You want to ask him for something while we sleep together!?" she asked and raised her eyebrows.

Oh... no... I suggest a dinner for three! We'll do the fucking later!" I grinned ambiguously and saw how she started to think about it. "It's just a harmless dinner."
