A strict regulation

I promised to come live with my 'daughter' during her studies but it might not be simple. The University where she was accepted is on an island that is it's own country. I was so proud when she was accepted, but the harsh selection to live on the island isn't just for students. There is a lot of tests and papers to transfer to be allowed to immigrate in this country. But I made a promise and it takes me 3 days, but I complete my application file. I click on send and it starts to load.

It's long.

Don't tell me it failed and I have to start again please!

Now I just have to wait for an answer.
