A small pouch of coins as a tip and an invitation to join him for a drink

Dante hands the tavernmaid a small pouch of coin and instructs her to tell the bard she is welcome to join him for a drink. He gives the tavernmaid a couple coins for this service and she gladly accomodates the request of such a dashing man. Dante watches as she confers with the bard. When the performer glances over at him, he raises his glass in salute and smiles. The redhead smiles back. She goes up on stage for another few songs, looking Dante's way several times.

After she is done, she makes her way through the applauding, and sometimes groping, crowd, over to Dante's table. She flashes him a smile and curtseys, inadvertantly providing him with a quite enjoyable view down her top. "Thank you, kind sir. It is a pleasure to meet a man who appreciates the arts in the audience."

Dante smiles back, "The pleasure is mine. I do enjoy a good performance. And it is twice as enjoyable when the performer is as beautiful as her music. I'm Dante." The bard grins. "I'm Melanie, also known as Mel or the Red Bard." Dante says, "What an appropriate name. Please sit and have some wine." Soon the two are drinking some wine and sharing tales of travel. As the evening winds down, the crowd wanders out of the tavern, leaving the two of them sitting and talking.

Mel soon yawns and stretches her arms above her head for a moment. "Well, I think perhaps it is time I retired to my room for the evening." Dante smiles at her and stands. "Perhaps I can escort you, to make sure there aren't any lingering fans waiting to accost you?" The bard smiles at him "How thoughtful of you".

He takes her left arm and interlocks it with his right, brushing against her full left breast with his forearm as he does so. "Lead on, my dear." They walk up the stairs and down the hall, Dante stealing glances down her shirt from time to time. Soon they come to a door. Melanie smiles. "Well, this is my room. Thank you, again, for the escort. And for the wine and generous tip."
