A shot to the back renders you and where you wake up is...

The trio looks at you with a mixed bag of emotions. Perhaps the biggest surprise is the wolf who is levitating in the air and magnetized to the wall.

"So..." the reptile begins before staggering at your intensely hateful glare. "Okay, that's fair," he says, gesturing to your face. "So you guys take this crime much more seriously than we do, but it's still really not cool where we're from." The, what you presume to be the leader, reptile clearly failing to apply comforting colloquialisms. "However, we have found out that our partner did, in fact, try to do what you accused him of." A flinch from lizard boy communicates that he has a difficult time understanding how to pacify you.

"Where the hell do you think you get the right to put me in in this fucking glass shit?" You say in reference to the clear holding cell, a cramped space no less. "Put me restrained, in the same room as a murderer-****, and think this is all going to win you any favors?"

"Stop," the lizard says to your face. "Rest assured we won't allow him--" pointing to the wolf "--to hurt you ever again, but you became a heavy threat to us so we are going to keep you here until we pacify you. Now--"

"FUCK Y--"

You suddenly feel dehydrated. A hand stretches out to the window, and your throat feels good again.

"We would hate to hurt you, and we will restore justice here, and you will get to go back to your life as best we can manage, and we don't want to cause you any additional problems, but we are fighting for our lives just like you were. So for the moment, I suggest you act civil, and we can begin to see eye to eye. So tell me, what can we do for you to make your temporary stay here better?"
