A quick tour, then straight to the governor

If this is possibly going to be your new home, it wouldn't hurt to get to know it a little bit. "Show me all of the important stops Sancho, then bring me to the governor." Sancho bows, looking dignified for the first time since you've seen him. "Of course Senor, please follow me". He starts to walk off at a moderate pace, and you keep up easily. Looking around, the city seems to be mostly relatively new buildings, mostly made of wood. "The original site was destroyed by a hurricane, you see. We had to rebuild a great deal" Sancho elaborates. He points out the major buildings in the settlement: the current church, Ozama fortress, the market, and (most proudly) the site where a new cathedral was under construction. He also mentions that the port is where you can buy slaves if needed.

As Sancho takes you through the small settlement, an afterthought seems to come to him. "Oh, yes. Over there" he says, pointing to an unexceptional, slightly run-down building, "is the house-of-ill-repute, so to speak. I apologize if you take offense Senor, but some would like to know." You take note of the building. It was a long time you spent cooped up on a boat. After that, Sancho has little more to say, and move towards the governor's mansion.
