Mia looks down at herself and thinks from a distance she looks ok. She takes her first step out the door and sprints to the bus stop. Waiting alone, she listens to the birds chirping and is at peace. She sees the bus come and stop 2 feet in front of her. Today, she will put this morning behind her, still embarrassed from flashing the neighborhood.

She lunges a single step onto the bus and senses the wind flying up her leg. As it reaches the top she shivers and climbs aboard. She thinks, that was weird, shrugs and takes a solitude seat. As the door closes, she suddenly remembers what it was. She’d forgotten panties it was too late to go back. Slumped down and waited the ride to be over.
