A naked girl tied to a tree

As you were pausing to examine a funny looking mushroom by the side of a trail, you heard a faint noise. It sounded almost like a muffled voice. You looked in the direction the sound had come from, and you see... a pair of hands wrapped around a tree a ways off the trail?

You start moving closer, and several details become apparent. First, the hands are positioned such that the person they belong to must be facing away from the tree with their hands behind them. Second, those hands are tied together to keep them there. Third, there are a few more ropes tied around the same tree, and presumably the person on the other side.

After a pause to assess the situation, you walk around the tree to see the person properly, and two more details rapidly catch your eyes. Specifically, two exposed breasts.

With a blush, you pull your gaze away, looking up at the girl's nervous face framed by blond hair after barely a glance down at the rest of her naked body. She was starting to blush too, which probably had something to do with her legs being tied to the tree so that they were just spread enough to give you a good view of her most private part.

She tried to say something through the ballgag in her mouth. It sounded like she was trying to ask you something, probably to help her, but you couldn't make out a word.
