A man with a notebook.

There was a young guy sitting on the grass watching him intently, dressed in black jeans and a black skivvy. When he noticed he'd been spotted he gave Jason a brilliant smile and started scribbling furiously in the notebook which rested on his lap. He was slimly built and probably no more than 5'4", with messy brown hair he constantly brushed from his eyes.
