The brunette russian yells, "I'm first. My stomach is about to burst. Before anyone can stop her she pulls off her dirty pants and pulls down stained panties. Then she scampers up a set of short steps to glare down at you and then she raises a foot and stomps on your balls. You sceam in your head but otherwise you don't move a muscle. She laughs and stomps two more times. Your balls are racked up and you wish you could double over, but instead, you just lay there. Then she straddles you and bends her butt close to your face. You can smell the body odor of old dried sweat and yeast infected pussy as it hits you in the face. Her poorly wiped hairy ass lowers to your face and even sits full weight on your mouth.

The doctor speaks up and say, "Not too low dear, he needs to chew and swallow."
