A knock on the door

I gave a little jump of surprise as somebody knocked on the door. Before I could answer a young nurse with brown hair appeared in the doorway. She gave her own flinch of surprise as she saw me, then her gaze shot down towards my crotch.

"Damn it... Miss Doe isn't it?"

"Yeah." I replied.

She stepped hurriedly into the room and knelt down in front of me, bringing her face awfully close to my nether regions. I could feel her breathing on my exposed pussy (a result, I would later realise, of my enhanced sexual response) as she licked her thumb and rubbed at the exhibitionist license tattoo'd on my inner thigh.

The nurse tutted. "That simpleton blonde!"

"What's the matter?" I asked, starting to feel alarmed. The nurse got back to her feet.

"She's done this the wrong way around - you were supposed to visit me first so I could perform a psychological evaluation and determine whether you were able to operate responsibly before the doctor performed these procedures."

"So I'm not at risk, then?"

"No, not at all." The nurse sighed. "I suppose it doesn't matter THAT much. The questionnaire catches most of the inappropriate candidates, this is more of a double check. We can do it now, if you wouldn't mind. My office is empty if you'd like to come on down. If you're busy then you can always schedule a later appointment."

"I may as well, since I'm here. Uh... should I get dressed?"

"It's up to you," the nurse said hesitantly. "If you do, then I will have to make a note of it on your evaluation form. You'll need to be naked during my examination anyway, but it's up to you. If you want we can have your clothes delivered down to reception where you can collect them on your way out."
