A hilarious anti-climax

She lays down next to you, carefully avoiding the still-very-gross and scary mess at your head. You put your hands on her body and discover a problem.

"Fuck. The side-effect is basically gone. I can tell you're not really turned on by your ass and sides, but barely."

"So you're human? This will still save your life?"

"Yeah, but-"

"Then like every boyfriend I've ever had I'll have to explain it as you go. This is where I like your hands best to start. And now start circular motions moving toward my-"

You start laughing and keep laughing, like a cartoon villain. Apparently she found her little dominance display sexy, and really did like to be touched exactly there. The tiny touch in preparation to do more was all you needed. You haven't even started and you're out of mana debt. She's staring at you like the moron you are right now, but you're thinking about your head.

I need to not die, but also not kill myself with another attempt at healing. What's the actual problem and how do I solve it efficiently? Do I have any diagnostic powers? Yes I do. Let's test them on something tiny like that hangnail, instead of being an idiot again. That was fine! OK, how is my head. Oh, gross. But the problem is just bleeding, and that's really simple if I just pinch here and here. Yay I'm not bleeding any more! And I'm somehow not mana-broke? Oh, is she rubbing herself on my hand?

She pulls a spare button for her shirt out of her pocket.

You make the button take off, do some loops, and even dodge when she tries to grab it the first time. It's surprisingly costly, but nothing you can't recharge given where your hands still are.
