A forgiving embrace...

Melody shakes her head as she looks at Keith, a smirk crossing her lips.

You stare, dumbfounded as she steps up to the man, her arms out to give him a hug. "Keith, baby...do you really think I could stay mad at you?"

Keith shoots you a look as you stare mouth agape.

You close your eyes to avoid this hug being seared into your memory.

And so you miss it.

You hear a loud crunch, and an exhale of air, then a body hitting the floor.

You open your eyes to see Keith writhing on the floor, his hands at his crotch. You look up at Melody to see her glowering down at her ex. "You're god damned right I can stay mad at you. Are you really this stupid? You fucking cheat on me with some two bit whore, make me feel an inch tall, and then you show up at my door, push my best friend aside and think you can just take me away from him?" She screams at the top of her lungs.

"Holy shit, dude...what the hells with all the commotion here?" You hear Dirks voice say from behind you. Excellent you think.

You turn to your friend, and notice that Scott is with him, as well as Alicia and her room mate.

You look at Melody as she kicks Keith in the chest, "I don't ever want to see you again! Do you understand me?!"

Scott and Dirk enter your dorm and start dragging Keith out of the room as Alicia glowers at you, "What the hell..."

Melody turns on her now, "And you, stop treating Jack with disrespect! You understand me? Do you? I'm sick an tired of you saying he only wants to get into my pants." Tears are streaking down her face now, as the emotions run rampant. "All he's ever wanted for me was what was best for me. And I feel the same for him."

"I know." Alicia states calmly, he face a stone mask.

"And...and I've...I've..." Melody starts then seems to gather her courage to say what she wants to say.
