A doctor's office

John was finishing buttoning up his doctor coat, waiting for his first patient to come. When he had entered this cabinet, the lady who owned it, and who seemed to be pretty competent, told him he couldn't come without an appointment. One hour later, John had turned her into a stripper and she was now working in some shady bar downtown, while John had taken over her office.

He couldn't wait to meet his patients. So many people ready to believe anything a professional physician would tell them. There was so much he wanted to try. He suddenly heard a knocking on his door, and smiled.
