A distraught student

Before you even get to the door it flies open and a slender, freckle-faced red-head almost tumbles into your office. Her top is streaked with blood and she looks like someone has been beating her.

"Help!" She gasps almost completely out of breath, "Please help!" What you thought was blood on her white tank-top you now realize is red paint, but this is no gag. The student, (she must be a student, she doesn't look any older than 18, if that) has tears streaming down her face and her shirt is on inside-out as she stumbles into your arms.

"God, please help. He's **** my sister!" That gets your attention.

"Who is honey, have you called the police?" In hindsight it might have been a good idea to have grabbed your shirt, but you are already out the door with the sobbing teen clinging to your arms. "Who's **** your sister?" You repeat, trying to get the critical information out of her.

"Mr. Carter, the new biology teacher. He has her in his cottage." It looks like Ms. Naylor was right after all; one day in and her worst fears have already been realized. The girl is close to hysterics, but you know that one of the new male teachers was a Mr. Carter, and he was almost certainly assigned to the cottages like you had been. "He's fucking her! Oh God, I got away, but he's fucking her so hard!" You know roughly were the cottages are and, slowing down just a little, you do your best to question the girl without stopping.

"What's your name, Honey?" You ask with your best reassuring smile as you half walk half drag her down the hall.

"Sally, Sally Mathewson." Your presence seems to be comforting to the teenager, but she doesn't let go of your arm as you exit the building and turn towards the cottages.

"I need you to show me which cottage this man is in, can you do that?" She hesitates like she is suddenly afraid. "For your sister, Sally." You remind her. "I need you to help me find your sister." That seems to do the trick and Sally points to the right-hand path.

"What's your sister's name, Sally?" You ask even as you pick up the pace to a fast walk forcing the red-head to jog by your side. This is hardly the time or the place, but as she bobs up and down against your bare arm you suddenly become aware of her firm young breasts and the hard peaked nipples that rub against you.

"Did Mr. Carter **** you too?" You ask, although between her inside out tank-top and the tears streaming down her face you are pretty sure you know the answer to this.

"NO!" She is still likely in denial. "He's **** my sister! He made her do things - disgusting things - and then he started **** her!" By now you are almost at the cottage she is pointing to, and try to get her to wait outside. The last thing this victimized young woman needs to see at this point is her sister going through what she must have.

"No don't leave me!" Sally's voice rises in panic when you try to dislodge her arm; you look around for another teacher, student, or anyone who can help. Unfortunately these cottages have been carefully set into the landscape with privacy being one of the key design elements; even thought there are at least a half dozen or so cottages packed into a relatively small area, each of them is built in such a way that they feel completely isolated.

"OK, Sally." You tell her as you push open the door to cottage number 4, "Stay behind me." You can hear the sounds of sex coming from the second floor and you take the steps three at a time leaving Sally behind as you turn left at the top of the stairs. Just as you reach the door you realize something that you probably should have noticed before.
