A Warlocks Accident

Deep in the woods a Warlock was casting a spell, the greatest spell of his life. In the center of a circle he had placed an amulet, the focus of the spell. It would grant the wearer a great power to bend reality to his will and influence the minds of others. He did not have his sights set on conquering or world domination, no, his perverted desire is only to control women and obey his every command.

Unfortunately, in his haste to create the working he forgot to tell his young apprentice he require silence when the warlock sent him out to get ingredients that day. So when the apprentice came back to the cottage and announced his presence with a loud slam of the door, the warlocks concentration slipped, and the house exploded, taking the lives of both. The amulet however survived, although the nature of the spell warped.

Even thought the amulet will eventually be found and will change hands many times over the centuries, no one will be able to fulfill the requirements to wear the necklace until...
