A New Beginning

In the distance, Viermaes could see tall trees, with rainclouds circling overhead. Seeing nothing else of interest around her, she happily headed towards the forest.

The forest was shaded and cool, criss-crossed by trickling streams and dotted with berry bushes. Viermaes walked through her new domain, finding that it bordered a series of small lakes, some open grassy plains, and a hilly area in addition to the wasteland.

She found shelter, in the form of

(A1) a cave where the forest meets the hills.

(A2) a ruined tower overlooking the lakes.

(A3) an abandoned but intact cottage deep in the woods.

She also found that the forest was

(B1) inhabited by a small clan of elves.

(B2) inhabited by a kobold tribe.

(B3) inhabited by another dragon.

(B4) inhabited by an Aven tribe.

(B5) inhabited by nothing sentient.

And that

(C1) some had left a chest of treasure in her new home.

(C2) the others were friendly.

(C3) her home was much, much better then it looked from outside.

(C4) someone had left magical texts and equipment (for casting) in her home.
